YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this exciting role, you will lead and manage the international rollout of AdTech and marketing technology solutions, ensuring end-to-end delivery in close alignment with Marketing, IT and local markets.
• You will drive the effective use of consumer data and behaviorial insights to optimize marketing campaigns and enable local markets in adopting new technologies through training and guidelines.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and aligning technical requirements, as well as planning and executing use cases in digital marketing in close collaboration with local markets.
• You will contribute to the evaluation, implementation, and documentation of new tools and technologies in digital marketing.
• You will create reports, presentations, and decision-making templates for management.
• Monitoring technological trends and identifying relevant application scenarios is part of your daily work.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a university degree with a focus on marketing, economics, IT, or a comparable field of study.
• You have several years of professional experience in digital marketing, , MarTech, or data-driven marketing, and have proven project experience in an international, technology-focused marketing environment.
• A solid understanding of digital advertising technologies, tracking mechanisms, consent management, and data architectures is part of your profile.
• You bring a proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms and translate them into scalable solutions.
• You have strong communication skills and proven experience in stakeholder management across different seniority levels.
• Very good written and spoken English and German skills round off your profile.
