Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Sales to join our Sales Team
We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for helping deliver the commercial sales strategy for the relevant channel and customers across Pizza and / or Cake categories. The role will involve working with the wider commercial team and other internal functions to develop, evolve and execute winning channel/customer strategies that deliver our mid term volume, sales, profit and market share growth ambitions. The role will require strong communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders. As part of leading a team of account managers, it is important that you can build a culture that inspires and motivates both the sales team and wider leadership team. You will support your team’s personal development through the development framework and learning and development opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Strong Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to build and execute customer and channel plans, negotiate effectively, and deliver against key performance indicators across sales, profit, and market share.
- Leadership & People Development Skills: Experience in leading and coaching teams, with a focus on performance management, individual development, and building future commercial leaders.
- Collaborative & Analytical Mindset: Ability to work cross-functionally, manage complexity, and apply data-driven thinking to identify growth opportunities and drive execution across multiple channels.
Previous experience of leading a team / business unit and coaching people will be preferable
This role is home based with regular travel to customers and our Leeds office. As a leader in this business, presence is a must and you will be required to be able to visit our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face-to-face collaboration and to meet business requirements when required.
