YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Co-ordinator to join our People & Culture (HR) Team. This is a full time permanent role, based in Leeds, reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture.
We’re on the lookout for a detail driven co-ordinator who’s passionate about creating a great employee experience from start to finish. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our People & Culture team – providing fast, accurate and proactive support to both our employees and external partners.
You’ll take ownership of key moments across the entire employee journey – from attracting and recruiting top talent, right through to ensuring smooth leaver and offboarding experiences. If you love keeping things running seamlessly and enjoy making a real impact on people’s working lives, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
As a global, family run business our culture is really important to us. All of our employees are inspired and motivated to create a competitive advantage in the market place for our customers and consumers, whilst having fun at the same time!
A career at Dr. Oetker will provide you with:
- Make an impact across the employee journey – Play a key role in every stage of the employee life cycle; from attracting top talent and delivering engaging onboarding experiences, to keeping our People & Culture systems running smoothly, supporting learning and development, and ensuring great experiences when employees move on.
 - Grow your career with us – Develop your HR expertise by building policy knowledge, taking ownership of key processes such as absence management, and expanding your skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
 - Join a supportive, people focussed team – Be part of a collaborative People & Culture function that values creativity, celebrates success and genuinely enjoys making a difference to our employees every day.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Communication & relationships – You’re a natural people connector with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and positive relationships at all levels. Experience in a corporate office environment would be a great advantage.
 - Drive & initiative – You’re organised, proactive and thrive on taking ownership. You spot opportunities, make things happen and love seeing results.
 - Digital confidence – You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience with systems like SAP or #PeopleNet (SuccessFactors) would be a real bonus (but not essential).

The role will be based from our Leeds Head Office (Thorpe Park, Leeds) and we are currently working to a hybrid working model where 2/3 days per week are home working. You do need to be able to commute to our Leeds Head Office, Leyland Production site and other external locations for face to face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
