Supply Chain Specialist Nordics

DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH ​

  • Daily sales order processing incl. invoicing and monitoring EDI communication, as well as handling customer complaints and daily contact to customers, warehouses, intercompany suppliers and sales
  • Supply planning incl. forecast validation and sparring/challenging Sales & Marketing through regular S&OP meetings (frozen/chilled)
  • BBD control and coordination of activities for disposal of obsolete stock
  • Sparring with Sales and contribution to customer meetings
  • Coordination of product launches and delistings
  • Maintenance of customer master data and prices in SAP and initiatives to improve master data quality
  • Preparation of key figure reports for quality measurement and constructive contribution to achieving objectives
  • Creation and regular updating of documentation (working instructions, SOPs, agreements, etc.)
  • Control and approval of invoices from logistics partners and suppliers (IMAGE)
  • Ensuring traceability and contributing to the logistical part of Dr. Oetker's crisis management
  • Participation in or leading projects

 

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • customer service mindset and good business understanding
  • work experience from Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service or related functions
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, open to work in an international environment and contributing to a good working atmosphere
  • well organized, structured and proactive
  • experienced with SAP, preferably SD and BI
  • strong in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Teams, Outlook
  • fluent in English
