1. Responsible and Legal Basis

The responsible party is the company of the Oetker Group named in the respective announcement (Oetker Group = comapnies affiliated wirth Dr. August Oetker KG within the meaning of §§ 15 ff. AktG). By applying through our system, you are expressing your interest in taking up employment within the Oetker Group or in participating in a recruiting event of the Oetker Group, as specified in the advertisement.

Any personal data, including any personal data contained in the attachments (hereinafter referred to as "data") that you provide to us via this applicant page will be processed by the person responsible on the basis of § 26 Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) for the purpose of processing your application.

Your data will be used by the companies named in the advertisement to fill the position or to participate in the respective event for which you have applied. Your data will not be passed on to third parties not belonging to the Oetker Group beyond this purpose.

2. Data storage

Your data will be stored for up to 6 (six) months after the application has been completed. After this period, your data will be automatically deleted.

Your data is encrypted and stored in a data center in the European Union or the European Economic Area. Your data is protected against unauthorized access by encrypted transmission, a role and authorization concept, a data backup concept and physical protection measures for the servers.

3. Data access

The persons within the Oetker Group that are assigned to fill vacancies have access to your stored data.

To ensure proper operation, selected employees of the Oetker Group have access to your data as well as selected employees from external service providers who support the Oetker Group Human Resources GmbH in the automated processing of the data.

4. Rights of data subjects; Right of revocation

Please note that you are responsible for the accuracy of your data.
You have the right to obtain information about your processed data and to have your processed data corrected or deleted at any time. However, the deletion will only take place if there are no retention periods or legitimate interests. In addition, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data and the right to data portability of the data concerning you. To assert your rights against the responsible party, please contact the responsible party using the contact details given in the announement. You can also exercise your right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (NRW: State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia, Düsseldorf).
