YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a key driver of digital transformation, you’ll help shape the future of our five international pizza production sites into smart factories.
- You will be part o the Business Architecture Team (BAT). The BAT consists of colleagues from business, data, and IT. They jointly design the business architecture.
- You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing innovative digitalization projects, working closely with the business stakeholders from Senior Executives to Subject Matter Experts and internal partners such as PPU Plants, Central IT, and International Ambient Production.
- In collaboration with PPU and Central IT you identify the software solutions needed for transformation into a smart factory and assess existing systems for potential harmonization and improvement.
- A shared understanding and coordinated approach across all PPU plants will be developed with your guidance—always aligned with Dr. Oetker’s One IT Strategy.
- You maintain a clear and structured overview of all ideas, projects, and requirements, evaluate them based on impact and priority, and prepare them for the decision-making bodies.
- Presenting prioritized projects to the BAT and preparing well-founded BAT requests and supporting documentation will be part of your routine.
- From preparation to execution, you lead individual projects and support them through to successful completion.
- With a continuous improvement mindset, you regularly review the project portfolio, adapt it to new insights, and contribute fresh ideas.
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in a technical or business field, ideally with a focus on software or computer science, forms the foundation of your expertise.
- With solid project management experience—preferably in production or digitalization—you know how to lead initiatives effectively.
- Business strategy, operating models, and product structures are concepts you're confident navigating.
- Your understanding of both business needs, relevant technologies and development lifecycles helps you bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
- Applications like BIC Process Design, Signavio, or LeanIX are already part of your toolkit.
- Leading in interdisciplinary project teams is something you've done successfully and enjoy.
- Communication is one of your strengths, and you know how to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is a given; German skills are a welcome bonus.
- A structured, solution-oriented mindset and a self-reliant approach as well as strong negotiation skills help you drive results.
- You've worked on digital transformation or smart factory projects.
- Taking initiative comes naturally to you, you're always ready to contribute new ideas and work independently.
- International experience and a willingness to travel internationally are required.
