YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Your goal is to ensure a strategic orientation of Dr. Oetker that is appropriate to the external and internal framework conditions, as well as a successful strategy implementation for the company.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the preparation, coordination, management and successful implementation of strategic and various inhouse consulting projects with a holistic orientation for Dr. Oetker.
• You are also responsible for the management and control of strategy implementation with a focus on external corporate development.
• You will be responsible for disciplinary leadership in accordance with the Dr. Oetker Leadership Principles, content-related development and coaching of the project managers in the Corporate Strategy department.
• You will be responsible for the planning, structuring and management of strategic, international projects with a focus on the further development of Dr. Oetker as an overall company and will take over the project management and control of projects in the areas of corporate strategy, strategy implementation and inhouse consulting.
• You will also be responsible for the success of the project by providing direction, goal-oriented project management, project control and prudent stakeholder management, as well as for the preparation of documents for project steering committees and coordination meetings with the Head of Corporate Development.
• You cooperate with international and holding functions, managing directors as well as with selected experts of our national subsidiaries.
• You are responsible for the preparation (analysis, evaluation and creation) of recommendations for action to the Head of Corporate Development and the Executive Board with regard to the strategic corporate development of Dr. Oetker.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or comparable studies at a renowned university.
• You have several years of relevant experience in a professional, fast-paced and performance-oriented environment.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the FMCG sector and (inhouse) consulting as well as relevant leadership experience in project work / management of strategic projects supported by knowledge of modern project management methods (preferably certified).
• You have entrepreneurial thinking as well as a positive mindset and willingness to deal with internal company resistance.
• You are highly reliable, a team player and able to work under pressure.
• You are a leader who can motivate others and convince them of your plans through "leading by example" and enthusiasm.
• Relevant experience abroad in the course of your studies or through challenging internships and work experience as well as fluent English (written and spoken) round off your profile.
