Now, we’re looking for a passionate Packaging Process Development Manager to join our Continuous Improvement Team and help us push boundaries even further.

YOUR MISSION

As our Packaging Process Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of packaging innovation and process excellence. You’ll work cross-functionally to:

• Identify and implement packaging process improvements that deliver measurable results.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across departments and PPU sites.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Ensure packaging processes are aligned with sustainability goals and operational efficiency.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in driving process improvement projects from concept to completion.
• Knowledgeable in packaging technologies, materials, and process development improvements and methodologies.
• Collaborative with a proven ability to build trust and influence across teams, sites and geographies, building strong relationships that will drive us forward.
• A great communicator who’s approachable, engaging, and able to inspire change.
