TEAM DESCRIPTION 

• Acting for the regions in small teams but with dedicated countries per team member.
• Our contacts are the members of the international executive board as well as the heads of finance and controller in the subsidiaries.
• We are working in close cooperation with the corporate reporting, the finance excellence team as well as other international functions in the headquarter.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• In this exciting position you act as a business partner for our affiliates in operational and strategic issues.
• You support the conceptual as well as technical development and implementation of the controlling systems, processes and structures.
• Your duties include the coordination and harmonization of the reporting and budgeting processes of our international affiliates. 
• You are analyzing the business development as well as preparing and monitoring KPIs to support entrepreneurial decisions.
• You support the preparation of sales and turnover planning, profit margin and profit planning, financial planning and investment plans – especially in smaller organizations.
• You contribute to international and cross-functional projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

• You hold a degree in business or economics with focus in Controlling. You have gained at least two years of work experience in Controlling and ideally international experience.
• You bring a high affinity for figures, good context and processual thinking as well as understanding, analytical skills, proactive ownership and conscientiousness.
• You have a high level of abstraction capability for strategic and operational topics.
• A very good command of English, good command of German as well as knowledge of IT-Applications (MS Office, SAP-CO and SAP-BW) are part of your profile.
• Your willingness to travel internationally completes your profile.
