Are you passionate about translating sales data into meaningful action? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, insight, and strategic thinking matter? We’re looking for a Sales Analyst to join our Sales Strategy team and help bring data-driven execution to life.
In this role, you’ll manage small house accounts, own promotional and sales data entry into trade systems, build reports using Excel and Power BI, and support the development of our annual operating plan. You’ll be a key player in helping our sales teams succeed, ensuring strong execution, and supporting new product launches with actionable insights.
Your Future:
- Own Small House Accounts: Manage a group of internal customer accounts including annual planning, promotional support, and trade accrual oversight.
- Drive Trade & Promo Accuracy: Manage inputs for promotional activity and volume in sales systems; ensure clean executional documentation.
- Analyze Sales Performance: Use Nielsen, internal sales tools, and trackers to identify gaps and growth opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Enable Better Planning: Support the Annual Operating Plan by consolidating volume building blocks and highlighting risks/opportunities.
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist with pricing analyses, new product launch tracking, and the optimization of International Business Planning tools.
- Collaborate & Learn: Work closely with the Sales Strategy Lead and Sales Strategy & Execution Manager; support Customer Teams with ad hoc insights and backup administrative tasks when needed.
Your Strengths:
- Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales analysis, trade marketing, or commercial operations
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with trade systems (e.g. Adesso), analytics tools (Nielsen, Power BI).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage structured and unstructured data.
- Comfortable working with internal teams and external accounts; strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
